Compensation Plan – Restructured the compensation plan for all employees to better recognize contributions, create and enforce a team approach to customer service, and incent the entire organization to drive for increased revenues.
Budget – Led the effort to create and track departmental and companywide budgets
Commissions Tool – developed an Excel based tool to calculate commissions reducing the quarterly processing time from 8-10 days to 1-2 days |
