J. Cary Flynn -  After 10 years in various Program Manager roles with Microsoft Corporation, Cary established JCF Consulting to follow his passion for helping small and medium businesses (SMB) achieve increased efficiency and profitability through the application of technology and solid business management practices.

During his time with Microsoft, he held a variety of responsibilities primarily focused on manufacturing and the supply chain.  In addition, Cary led multiple efforts to improve the quality and productivity of the application development process for Microsoft's internal systems.  He was responsible for Y2K remediation efforts and drove the IT integration of the product information systems associated with the VISIO acquisition.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Cary worked with Eastman Software where he held positions as a Channel Marketing Manager and Senior Systems Consultant.  There he recruited and managed business partners; guiding the development of their business plans, training and marketing programs, and 'go to market' models.  He has also worked as a consultant to Microsoft, managing the implementation of document management and imaging systems for the Accounts Payable and Order Management groups.

Cary earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and a B.S. in Computer and Information Science.

When not working or spending time with his two children, Cary is constantly on the lookout for a game of soccer, a round of golf, or a mountain to ski.
